DEBUG MY PC is a new online PC repair service offered by THE PC MAN

It's VERY SIMPLE, and it normally takes us less than a minute to start fixing your PC.

A 30 minute Online PC Service Call is $49.

Additional time (is necessary) will be billed at $1 per minute.

Once payment is received, we will schedule your appointment time. 

When your appointment time arrives, our technician will call you and issue a 6 digit PIN code to you,

which you will enter below in the box with the blinking cursor. 

If you need assistance, chat with our technician below to the right.

Upon entering this code, you will left click "Connect to technician" .

You will then be asked twice to "run" or "save". You will select "run" both times. 

Within 20 seconds, you will see a window pop up that looks like the one below.

You won't need to do anything with this window.

Shortly after you see the above window, you will see another message pop up

You will then left click on the OK button.

Within seconds, we will at that point be able to see and control your PC as if we were sitting in front of it.

PRETTY COOL STUFF...HUH ??

In other words, your technician will explain things to you in a way that you will understand.

We can remotely fix many problems on your PC that would normally require bringing your PC into our shop or waiting for a onsite service call appointment.  Online PC repair will work in most cases, however some circumstances make PC repair not practical or possible via online connection. For example:

If the Microsoft Windows operating system is SEVERELY corrupted or damaged, or due to virus or spyware or malware.

if you have a hardware failure (example...no power or bad power supply, bad hard drive, bad memory, etc.)

if your internet connection is weak or not functional (DSL or CABLE internet connection is required. DIAL-UP connections DO NOT WORK)

if you have multiple PCs with problems

If any of the above conditions exist, we may not be able to perform this type of repair online.  This type of repair will probably need to be done onsite via a technician visit, or by bringing your PC/PC's into our shop.  If you have paid for an online service call and our technician is NOT able to fix your problem after connecting remotely, we will issue you a $49 credit towards an onsite or inshop repair.
